PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
Private and semi-private yoga classes allow you the opportunity to ask questions, work toward specific goals, expand your understanding of yoga alignment and receive one-on-one guidance and attention.
These sessions are ideal if you are healing from an injury or illness, guided to deepen and advance your personal practice, gain specific resources or simply prefer to practice in a more exclusive environment. Additional healing modalities, such as Reiki, Meditation, Yoga Nidra or Life Coaching may be integrated into the individual sessions when applicable at no additional cost.
Private yoga sessions offer a rewarding personalized experience unlike any other as well as the perfect opportunity to optimize yoga for your personal goals.
If booking a Semi-Private Yoga class, both participants should be similar in level of ability.
Options for Private Yoga include the following classes:
Hatha Yoga – Hatha is the physical limb of Yoga and consists of postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama) and meditation with the intention of creating balance within the body, mind, and spirit.

Gentle Yoga is an opportunity to expand your yoga practice and achieve healing from an injury or illness with compassionate instruction, posture modifications, chair assisted postures, subtle adjustments and use of props for comfort and safety. This supportive environment includes an extended deep relaxation and/or Yoga Nidra at the end of class.

Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation yoga practice for deep healing of many physical and emotional issues.

HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that uses your Subconscious mind to adopt new behaviors, modify current behaviors and meet goals in an efficient manner. The results are long lasting results. You can accomplish many of your goals within one to three sessions. Each session is typically 75 minutes.
Hypnosis is a relaxing process and has been proven to manage issues including anxiety, stress, pain, weight control, confidence, smoking cessation, fears, and phobias. You conquer breakthroughs on negative behaviors, habits and unhealthy relationship patterns. This therapy is a restful, soothing therapy that is safe for all ages. One hour of hypnosis has been equated to four hours of sleep. Hypnosis is still effective even if you are so relaxed that you doze off during our session because your Subconscious mind is still active and absorbing my suggestions.
REIKI
Reiki (pronounced RAY-KEE) is energy touch therapy that helps bring peace, balance, and healing to the body. It is often translated as universal life-force energy or spiritual energy. Anything that is alive has life energy. Optimally, your life energy is high, and you feel vibrant, balanced, alert and content. When life energy is low, feelings of lethargy, fatigue, and ineffectiveness may be present.
Reiki balances your life force energy, also known as prana, and alleviates high-stress levels. A Reiki session is 30 or 60 minutes. During a session, prana is guided to specific points of the body for healing. This energy is considered to be intelligent energy because it innately flows to the areas where the body needs recovery. Reiki healing complements traditional Western medical treatments and ignites the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is not a religion and can work for anyone, regardless of their religious beliefs.
